PS Conductive Masterbatch

Characteristics：
This product is made of imported super-conductive carbon black as functional additives, PS as matrix resin, with coupling agent and home-made dispersing agent .through internal mixer and twin-screw extrusion. It can be used for the preparation of PS, HIPS, PPO conductive plastic products, such as plates, sheets and other injection parts, which has permanent and stable conductive properties.

Advantages：
\ 1. Excellent dispersion, it can use in PS、HIPS、PPO products.
2. Low surface resistance value, usually 50Ωmax.
3. Low additive amount，35-40 percent can make the surface resistance below 10⁶Ω.

Suggestions：
1. Add directly, additive amount should according to the processing and surface resistance value.
2. Dry first after long-term storage, or add some defoaming masterbatch(1-2 percent).
3. To improve impact strength, we suggest adding some SBS 5-25%.
